Online registration for media representatives has opened on the official website of the 10th Nevsky International Ecological Congress (NIEC 2023), which will be held at Tavricheskiy Palace in St. Petersburg on 25–26 May.
Representatives of Russian and international media may submit an application to attend the Congress. The last day on which applications will be accepted via the Congress’s official website is 10 May 2023.

This year, the key theme of the Congress is ‘Ecology: A Right, Not a Privilege’. The NIEC 2023 business programme includes twelve roundtables, two panel discussions, a final plenary session, a thematic exposition of key federal and regional environmental projects, and several prominent environmental events and campaigns, including in the Russian regions.
The NIEC 2023 is being organized by the Russian government, the Russian Federation Council, the Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS Member States, and the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The Roscongress Foundation is responsible for preparing for and holding the event.
The Congress will be held in compliance with all necessary security measures and recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
